Internet Complaints:

You can find Internet complaints on virtually any business of consequence – Microsoft, Walmart, Nike:  no one is immune. We’ve seen our share, and while frustrating, we’ve come to understand that the more successful we become, the more likely we are to get flamed by competitors, disgruntled ex-employees, and those unfortunate individuals who seek a sense of empowerment through anonymous online postings.

When you’re a dominant force in the marketplace, you carry a big target on your back. And there’s no denying that we dominate our market. Since our inception in 2001, we’ve created in excess of 40,000 Nevada Corporations, a striking accomplishment that we are very proud of. Most assuredly, we charge for our services. But let me assure you âre we are not a scam. We are not a fraud. We do not cheat people. When you know what you’re doing, it’s not necessary to resort to dishonesty.

Why We Don’t Respond to Anonymous Internet Complaints:

We do not respond to anonymous internet postings. Nor do we respond to extortionate businesses who post derogatory “rip-off” allegations about businesses which, for a handsome fee, they will remove from the internet. Our reasoning is (1) legally we are constrained by federal privacy laws from disclosing any particulars of a clients personal or business tax information, and (2) practical âs it does little good to get into an online fight with those who can seek commercial advantage or psychological aggrandizement with a few key strokes. We rely instead on the recommendations of those clients we have had the privilege of serving. (link to endorsements)

The one exception to our rule of non-engagement concerns the new proposed federal law H.R. 1966 which will make it a felony to harass by electronic means:
Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

We will report all harassing communications to police authorities. If you are on the receiving end of such communications, we strongly encourage you to do the same. Like all legitimate businesses, we eagerly await the prosecution of online cowards who hide behind internet shield laws.

Given our 40,000+ client base, the number of complaints we have received is a fraction which totals far less than even 1/4th of 1% of our total client base. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. Toward that end, we undertake substantial efforts to keep abreast of the constantly changing business and tax landscape. We make every effort to provide the highest quality services, occasionally to clients who find themselves in

Hi there and thank you for taking the time to do your research!

We have more than 45,000 clients at NSCN, half of which are Fast Track Credit clients, and while our credit building program is second to none, the process requires participation of the business owner who has joined the program.

Some clients refuse to participate and therefore never get through the initial compliance phase. If a client does not act upon the recommendation given in the compliance phase, we cannot move them forward in the credit building process, there would be no point as they would be denied and possibly even “red flagged” on their business credit report. This makes for a disgruntled client.

We do offer a $50,000 guarantee, however the guarantee clearly states: If you comply with and complete our program you will receive:
1. An A+ Business Credit Score of 75 or greater
2. A minimum of $50,000 in total business credit within 6 months.

We will refund if you complete the program and fail to achieve the promised results.

There is NO fine print; however, we cannot help those who choose to not help themselves.

Over the years, we have come to realize we cannot satisfy everyone and sometimes those who are not satisfied have the loudest voices.
